class=\"p1\">Hrvatski porezni okvir je relativno kompleksan, a \u010deste su situacije kada praksa Ministarstva financija odstupa od pravnih shva\u0107anja upravnih sudova i Visokog upravnog suda. U velikom broju takvih slu\u010dajeva, uspje\u0161no smo zastupali klijente u poreznim postupcima protiv Ministarstva financija Republike Hrvatske.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Na\u0161e pravne usluge na
