class=\"p1\">Postupak javne nabave je visoko reguliran te njegovo uspje\u0161no svladavanje zahtjeva dubinsko poznavanje doma\u0107eg zakonodavstva, prava Europske unije, ali i prakse Dr\u017eavne komisije za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave (DKOM) te upravnih sudova.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">U pravilu se radi o postupcima visoke vrijednosti koji zahtijevaju razumijevanje industrijske grane
